Last week, Edgerank Checker posted an article on negative feedback and Facebook posts. It says that the typical Facebook post receives 0.03% negative feedback.
This article prompted my friend Tonya Davidson to ask, “How do you find this negative feedback on your Facebook posts?”
According to the article, Facebook defines negative feedback as a hidden story, a spam report or an unliked page. In this week’s Shop Talk video I answer Tonya’s question and show you just how to find your negative feedback on Facebook posts.
But, more importantly, I want to help you understand that you will always have negative feedback in an open forum like Facebook and you really should focus on the good that you’re doing and the good parts of your data. That is what really matters!

Awesome nugget of social media gold. It’s very interesting to see what content was negatively received by the audience.
