Why renewable each month?

Most masterminds lock you in for the full year.  While there are some good reasons for doing that (after all, commitment is a huge part of results), I only want to work with people who get results over and over again.

So if you are not 100% satisfied, I want you to have an out clause!

I only want to work with high achievers who are serious about growing their business and are dedicated to taking action. This way we can take it one month at a time and ensure that this is a Win/Win/Win. (Plus – as your coach, if I see that you are not doing the work, then I need to have an out-clause as well! Like I said, I get to cherry-pick my clients!)

What can you expect in 2011?

Warning: I’ve been told that I’m giving WAY too much here. So, just know that you might be pretty blown away by what you’re about to read…

I’m all about skill-based training that is done is with adult learning principles in mind. You are probably saying what the heck is that? Skill based training is about teaching you not just what to do, but how to do it, and in a manner that makes it easy for you to learn and apply.

I have been elevating skill level in individuals for years, and it takes a whole lot more than listening to someone talk to learn a new skill. You can’t learn how to fly an airplane by reading a book now can you? What makes you think you can make really significant changes in your business by reading alone? You can’t!

First, I will teach you everything you need to know about Social Media and a whole lot more.  We start by focusing on your Strategy, Objectives and Tactics (or Vision, Goals and Tasks).

This is where most people stop. But not me!  I’m going to teach you how to measure like crazy! After all – it’s the numbers that will teach you what’s working and what’s not.

Not only do we measure all your Social Media stats, we measure sales and I teach you how to analyze, interpret and move those numbers.  Understanding the numbers is critical: whether it is about driving traffic to your sales funnel via Social Media or your ability to impact your conversion rate, you gotta know it all.

And here’s where it gets REALLY interesting:   We will also delve into training on other topics that most entrepreneurs know nothing about!   Topics like sales forecasting, leadership and communication skills, how to hire and work with employees and contractors, how to implement business planning and more.

This is not your traditional Mastermind. It is built using the principles I learned and practiced leading a 100 million dollar sales team not to mention taking my own business, Parlez Wireless to the million dollar mark in less than two years of operations.

$3000 per month or $30,000 paid in advance for the entire YEAR.

This is what you get each quarter – I know! Crazy!

  1. One PRIVATE in-person Social Media and More full-day business planning session with Lisa – This is where I get to sit down with you and get my hands (and skills) in your business and see where the holes are and help you maximize, leverage and optimize what you’re doing right – and let go of what you’re doing wrong.  Together you and I will evaluate your marketing, systems and team to see exactly what the next action steps are for you to take it up to a much much higher level.  (Value $2500/quarter)
  2. Monthly 60 Minute High Focus PRIVATE 1-1 sessions with Lisa – Every month you will get a high quality 60 minute PRIVATE coaching session with Lisa where we will delve deep into your quarterly plan, we will celebrate your successes and we will figure out exactly what needs to be done next to help you accomplish the milestones you set at the beginning of the quarter. This is where the handholding happens and we figure out together not just what to do, but how to do it so you walk away empowered, inspired and ready to take action! (Value $400/month)
  3. Monthly 60 Minute Group Mastermind Discussions – During these monthly calls we will really leverage the power of the Mastermind – this is where you get to celebrate your one big success and talk about the one challenge you have in your business that you need help with. Then, we as a group will offer you insight and advice to help you overcome that obstacle and get back on the path to success.  (Value $250/month)
  4. Hotline Access to Lisa for up to 1 Additional Private Coaching Sessions – I will set aside one day each month where my line is open ALL day for YOU.  If you need a bit of extra support, you can count on it.  You will be able to schedule a 30 – 45 minute private call with me each month on the dedicated Hotline Day! I want to be accessible to you if you need my help, my goal is to help you succeed as much as I possibly can during the quarter. (Value $300/month)
  5. Two day Group Mastermind at the Beautiful and Luxurious Brookstreet Hotel – Each Quarter!! – This is a PRIVATE, in person group meeting like you have never experienced before.  One day will be completely dedicated to teaching you skills you can take back to your business to accelerate your success. The second day will be dedicated to Group Sharing, this where each individual gets to work on their own presentation skills, by talking to us about the results you accomplished that Quarter.  You will have an opportunity to share what you have accomplished, discuss the next set of milestones you want to tackle and leverage the wisdom of the group for any challenges you are experiencing in your business.  This is a very private, safe environment for you to learn and expand your business. All meals will be included in this two day Mastermind, all you need to do is book your hotel and airfare! (Value $2000)
  6. Social Media Success Audit and Action Plan – This is where my team and I go through everything you have on-line and we determine exactly where the gaps are and give you a detailed action plan outlining what you need to do to increase your profile on the web. This we do it for you service is invaluable, then all you need to do is get the assignment done! (Value $500)
  7. Social Media Monthly Scorecard – This is to help you measure the progress you are making and make you aware of when you need to step it up a bit! This will be a group reporting tool that allows you to see not only your results, but the results of the other members of the team! Along with your Social Media Monthly Scorecard will be monthly tips from Lisa describing key things you can do to increase your brand, leverage your relationship marketing and increase your Klout score.  And if you don’t know what your Klout score is, it is the measurement of your Social Influence, a score not to be taken lightly! (Value $299/month)
  8. Mastermind Secret Society on Facebook – You will be invited to join a Top Secret Mastermind Group on Facebook so that all members of the Mastermind can communicate, share and help each other in this elite, private setting. This forum will be used to share information, ask for support and create a stronger community among the Mastermind Group.
  9. FREE access to Lisa’s Learning Centre – Each month there will be a new self-study program with a topic geared towards increasing your skill level.  These programs will be offered for sale to the general public and ALL members of the Mastermind will have free access.  In addition to the monthly program, I will occasionally be interviewing amazing and highly successful individuals who will share with you their area of expertise, how they started and how they got to where they are today.  These tele-seminars will also be provided to you at no additional cost.  (Value $200/month)
  10. Social Media Support from Lisa’s Personal Assistant to help you gain more Social Visibility - This is exclusive to the Accelerator Mastermind Level. My personal, highly skilled, and trained by me Assistant will dedicate one full hour a week to Your Social Presence.  She will help you build your Social Platform by scheduling appropriate Marketing Content, by helping you increase your followers on Twitter, and by helping you increase the number of people who Like your Facebook Business Page.  She will complete these very important tasks for you to assist you in Your Social Marketing Campaign.
